
Mother’s Day is upon us, everyone! If you are a tad behind on planning the perfect day for your mom – whether you’re last-minute scavenging for the ideal gift, or trying to score reservations at her favorite restaurant – these mango sorbet champagne floats (Yep, I said CHAMPAGNE FLOATS) are so simple and will surely impress mom no matter what. These floats only have three ingredients, and are just right for brunch or dessert. Not a mango fan? Swap out the mango sorbet for one you favor: raspberry, blackberry, orange, lemon, etc.
Mango Sorbet Champagne Floats
Ingredients:
Champagne or sparkling wine
Mango sorbet
Mint for garnish
Directions:
Pour champagne into flutes (don’t fill to top, as you’ll need room for when you add the sorbet). Add a scoop of sorbet to each glass and stir a bit. Then, top the glass with a smaller scoop of sorbet. Garnish with a mint leaf. Sip & enjoy!
